Re: Seeing Things Differently -DanP the apologist excuse.
You aren't the only person that shares responses from A.I. to assist in conversation. But this is the first time I've personally seen someone get upset about it. Meh. No one is upset. When others have used A.I. here, it's been to laugh at and call attention to the goofiness of the whole thing. But ...

Re: Feel a bit crap.
Dear god. Given that list, and including all the other issues you've mentioned I can't imagine any organization having a problem with you cutting back on your volunteer work. And giving an outdoor party for children where you have to BBQ when you have a dislocated hip sounds like an utter nightmare...

Re: Feel a bit crap.
:!: GP aware. Appointment already made. :!: Just a vent really. Still not right since being ill. Not sure how long it will take to get back to my normal level of feeling crap. Heart rate is all over the place. Thankfully O2 isn't changing much but the dizziness and tiredness is difficult. I have ED...

Re: LDS Missionary held on rape charges
With the police being called immediately, Kirton McConkie and the local bishop were not able to swing into action and hush things up. The MD&D board is leaving open the possibility that the victim is making the whole thing up. Only one is really pushing that and he sounds pretty dusgusting already....

A lot of it is redacted. I read it this morning, before parts were redacted. Horrific is the correct word.

Re: Lars Nielsen's "How the Book of Mormon Came to Pass"
In my experience, Hales is a frustrating interlocutor. I am sure he means well, and he is not a bad guy, but his tactics are pretty slippery. He straw mans his opponents, and his own arguments are recycled. His Joseph couldn’t have done this ergo God arguments are his usual go-to approach. My probl...

Re: What is Gravity?
Imagine a balloon that requires pressure to be inflated but any time you force "air" in to the balloon that air gets annihilated because inside the balloon is "antiair" and so you have to continuously pump air in to the balloon to keep it inflated. As the air collides with anti-air, it creates a re...
