Sounds more like communism than Christianity. The communists attempted to end all marriage soon after they took over Russia but that failed and eventually communist Russia became quite sexually prudish.

But I doubt it... although I do wonder how much $$ the church donated to get a speaking slot at their convention. I think the Church made a hefty contribution last year before the 40th anniversary of the racial purity ban, and that the NAACP would like an ongoing relationship of this sort. How much?

Actually, the LDS Church creates networking that can extend beyond people in the same professions or civic associations. Yes, most people associate with people of their social class (and there are dozens of different social classes in the USA - check the documentary "People Like Us" to see...
