Re: Correcting the Record

From what I heard both versions if mark can be related to the first century bc and on. An early church father writes about the late mark being written in the first century through his writings. months before it was written let me do some checking.

Re: Contemporaries.

It’s not me who said he was a sign of his times. If I said that I was wrong. Reading biographies of the Lincoln war cabinet is to read about honorable men during that time. As to Joseph Smith jr, who reportedly saw God but his life was filled with fear especially in Illinois. FOR ME, not conduct fro...

Re: The thoughts of decades that caused you to think

Just to let you know Cyrus, the Persian king who steam rolled Babylon and set the Jews free was born in 600 bc and is mentioned in Isaiah 55. The Book of Mormon has even later second and third Isaiah in it written way after the ship sailed. Likely 550 bc. 7 years for my AA and 10 years for my BA and...

Re: a possible tragedy

And just to add. Asking Nino in 1974 was just me and natural to have him join our group. Giving the extra money back was me and just the right thing to do. When Boyd K. decided to give a little factory speech instead of a first, rock in the hat story, it was an omission, a lie, and kept millions in ...

Re: a possible tragedy

Something went wrong at the first part and even I don’t understand it. As to the only new kid in science class in 1974 who was the only black now in the school, l had know problem asking Nino to join our group. Taking the money back to the girl who was class 79 homecoming queen required more thought...

Re: a possible tragedy

Interesting point. Alcohol calms me. I suffered from mental illness since my teens but the lecture in the early 80s everyone went. Again, I’m mentally ill and alcohol helps me calm down. Also, in about 1974 a new kid came Into our science class. His first day. He was black. After the lecture we brok...

Re: The rock in the hat

It’s true to the core. If something didn’t resonate, a court of law was brought in to decide what was truth and how to proceed.

Re: a possible tragedy

I appreciate all thoughts. Thank you to the chap of having using electricity after Friday, sundown, an atm card, mixing milk (cheese) and hamburger. We won’t even mention the bacon. I was in a city that had a Carl’s Jr. I ordered a western, bacon, cheeseburger and felt nothing.
