Can anyone explain why these guys spend so much time on what these witnesses supposedly saw?  What difference does it possibly make if no one can find evidence of Book of Mormon history?  Is this just a game to take focus off the real problem? Seems like it to me.

I suspect the MI probably does have a certain amount of influence in isolated parts of Provo, South Orem and in a couple of aisles in the Olivewood bookstore. To say that it has no recognition is completely unfair.
