The church hasn't heard from Jesus in more than 100 years. Is the Mormon Jesus dead now too?

We heard from Jesus April 2011. But some wouldn't know prophecy if it slapped them in the face.

Please can you distinguish which parts of the April 2011 conference were words from Jesus and which were Church Leaders speaking as men?

You seem, through the references you gave, to be saying that everything they said at conference can be classed as Jesus speaking.

So if that's true why does the Church significantly amend Jesus's words when they subsequently appear in written form?

And why does the Church later say that the Prophets were only speaking as men when, by your standard, they were actually speaking Jesus's words?
