I don't know about SINGLE SECOND HAND SOURCE THEORY or conspiracy or something like that.

It was just mentioned, somewhere, that Hebrew text was FOUND IN OHIO PLACES (nearby CUMORAH and nearby EAST SEA=ONTARIO LAKE)
WRITING in Hebrew.

Such comment was not the first one in web, in English or other languages as Spanish and Portuguese and French and Italian, etc.

And such comment is not a new one, as the others are quite old ones.

They are in agreement with the FACT exposed in Bible, written text, that the Nephites kept the capacity to write in Hebrew, if they had some desire to do so. But it was more practical to write in Nephitic.

Thus the FIRST HAND of transmission of information, for the Nephites, was the NEPHITIC LANGUAGE. Thus the SECOND HAND possible way of transmission of information was the HEBREW and this was confirmed in the true Archeological work, unbiased, as in Ohio State, in which very little text was found in Hebrew, providing to be the SECOND HAND source of information.
