I used to have a drinking problem, fueled by Mormon-related anxiety. The paradox is that I quit because of a positive Mormon value, and stayed quit over 25 years. I just don't like what it does to me anymore. A bottle of 3.2 gets me relaxed just enough, with the help of 25 mg of Seroquel at bedtime.

A Gaelic coffee in the late evening knocks me out nicely.

A bedtime drink might work instead of the Seroquel, but it wears off too fast. I might cut down to 12.5 for a while and see what happens. With the family stuff lately I couldn't, my startle reflex was hyper.

You might want to give a shout out in honor of Ludwigm with a bottle of Hungarian Tokaji (Tokay) wine. Enjoy the sweetness!

Thank You...

In 1703, Francis II Rákóczi, prince of Transylvania, gave King Louis XIV of France a gift of numerous bottles of wine from his Tokaj estate. Tokaji wine was then served at the Versailles Court, where it became known under the name of Tokay. Delighted with the precious beverage, Louis XIV declared it "Vinum Regum, Rex Vinorum" ("Wine of Kings, King of Wines").

Tokaj-Hegyalja (Tokaj Wine Region) is one of List of World Heritage Sites in Hungary

... and this is essentially on-topic:
There are numerous stories of the restorative powers of Tokay Essencia, including the fact that it was once reserved principally for dying monarchs.
