I'm not God.
We are talking about how God tells his Prophet to disperse His income.
Which seems a tad hypocritical when you consider the message given in the Book of Mormon (posted above).
In answer to your challenge though, any monies that are donated to me for charitable causes are 100% passed on to those. Non are retained to pay myself a stipend, no are used to pay my incidental expenses, non are used to rally against same sex marriage, non go on shopping malls, non are invested in money making schemes to generate profit to invest in commercial ventures, non are used to adorn my house with expensive chandeliers and marble. Etc, etc.
