So, what do you think Christ was saying, specifically, when He said that His work had been finished BEFORE His crucifixion? Please, if you would, don't speak double-talk; just speak plainly.
by the way, inasmuch as Christ was not teaching the people at this moment, but was rather directing His words to the "Father", I don't believe that His words should be considered to still be parabolic or symbolic; but they should be taken as something He meant literally.
