I wonder how many of your 3754 posts are NOT witty one-liners?
If there's one thing I've learned from this board, it's that consensual sex with multiple partners is okay unless God commands it. - Abman

I find this place to be hostile toward all brands of stupidity. That's why I like it. - Some Schmo

Wow, did they actually say that? Not very nice!

Well, it is less nice than the actual truth..... Matthew 9:12

Better than being a 'nobody' eh?

;)

Here is the scripture BC is referring to:

12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

I suppose we are a sick bunch at times. *shrugs* But no more so than any dysfunctional family. ;)

How freakin sweet would it be to see Nehor on Last Comic Standing or doing stand up in some comedy club one day.

It seems you didn't just strike a nerve. What you did was completely unforgivable. You not only showed up a "leading mind" on the board, you used his own words against him and made him look stupid. For that offense, I think we all know, is why you got banned.

When push comes to shove, many apologists can't defend the people or actions taken in the name of their beliefs."

It's like all anti-mormons.

They unbelieve because that is how they want it to be. anti-mormons can compartmentalize their minds to see what they want to see and not just ignore but deny the existance of contrary evidence that undermines their cause.

When push comes to shove, many anti-mormons can't defend the people or actions taken in the name of their unbeliefs.

This sort of generalization cuts both ways.

It is difficult for an apologist for the LDS church and unbeliever (in the LDS CHurch) to have a sane discussion because of such typecasting. I'm sure it goes on on both sides. I've been perusing some of the critical posts here on this board and some of the comments about those who profess to be TBM's go something like this. "NO doubts? Are you just saying that because its what you are supposed to say or because u have been lobotomized?" by mercury. This is on the Celestial Forum. On the other forums, some of the rants become vulgar and the attacks personal.

Amen to that. What kind of weirdo would troll a site which they never post on? Next thing you know they'll be creating threads each week detailing how nutty this place is! What a bunch of weirdos.

What are you talking about, LoaP? I was banned from MAD. In fact, I am one of the few posters whose status is listed as "Purgatory."

They may want to know if their name is mentioned or perhaps it is an assignment from headquarters to find out what the enemy is up to and devise strategies of defense.

A select few may even be allowed to post on MAD what they have encountered while perusing the Valley of Shadow.

About 200 I guess and how dare you question a God that has more worlds then you?

Next thing you know they'll be emailing posts to family members, in an attempt to expose them. God help us when that happens...
