It's because you're LDS. That is 100% your fault.
That's not fair, Simon. Our moderation is not slanted against LDS. Harmony and I are both LDS.

I do not know Lou Midgley well. But I had some brief interactions with him in my hobby apologist days. I even spoke to him on the phone once. He always seemed like a nice fellow to me. I am sure he could be biting as we all can at times when debating something we feel passionate about. But he certainly did not seem like the awful person so many here want to make him out to be. In fact, I think very few LDS apologists are.

As one of the people whose words evidently provoked this whole discussion, I think I should point out that I never said Lou Midgley was an awful person. I said he had done objectionable things in his apologetics. There is a huge difference.
