ha!, like you have it to give.

If the LDS Church did turn out to be true (100% sure that would never happen), I would "seek out the dark forces and join their hellish crusade." (Addams Family Values).

what a lofty goal you have set for yourself...more people should govern their lives through movie quotes...cuz they is smart in Hollywood...it is so real.

How about you ponder Mark 9:50?

no, that is not what i am suggesting.
what i am suggesting is that there is characteristic being described when one claims to be "disengaged" but refutes that claim by "[coming] here to discuss it".

maybe a little like going to an AA meeting drunk

What a good analogy.
I would have thought that an AA meeting is exactly where someone who was drunk and wanted help should go. There they get discuss the difficulties they have with people who are interested in helping them rather than judging them.

Thanks subgenius for rebutting your own point.

Unless you are my accountant in disguise (in which case you're fired), you probably have no idea what I do for a living and how much income I make. It makes your comment kind of foolish, doesn't it?

You mean as apposed to believing in the fiction of a confessed con man and womanizer?

How about you ponder Mark 9:50?

I think you must have quoted the wrong scripture. It ends with "Have peace one with another". You seem to have a chip on your shoulder. Always looking for a fight. Maybe you should ponder Mark 9:50?

How does salt lose its "saltness?" Is that even possible?

I used to be a bit "salty" in my youth. I'm hoping I have lost some of that saltiness. ;)
