age of consent in New York in 1800 was 10 years old.........in 1920 it was 18yo........in 2007 17yo....
i am sure that one year has made all the difference.

(it seems that spain and argentina have the lowest ages currently..at 13yo)

I think it is very important for LDS members (as well as many other people) to see pictures such as this one. Ending racial barriers does not come from decree alone. The attitudes of all need to be on the same page. If we learn acceptance by example, then this is a marvelous example. Let's always try to draw our circle to include the other.

The next milestone will be a picture of two guys holding hands while seated in the pew or of young women blessing the emblems of our Sacrament.
