So even with divorce in life, polyandry in death needs only posthumous Temple ordinances, with or without the consent of surviving relatives.



If there is a marriage record the work will probably be done by someone at some point in time.

How long ago was the first marriage? You can PM me if you would like. If her children are still living (and/or second spouse) the work should not have been done without permission.
