Did god harden Hitler's heart to demonstrate god's ability to rescue the Jews?

One would have to prove that the Lord Jesus Christ never existed to prove that the Moses' epic never occurred. As for the Book of Mormon, one would simply need to request the gold plates, or read the original book of Abraham to begin to theorize a deception...
