Thank you very, very much for hosting me there in Maricopa. I really enjoyed the people that I met there, and I loved being in a place that was warm, with palm trees -- the way winter is supposed to be.

Incidentally, for anybody else who may be reading this thread, I'll be speaking in Elko, Nevada, this coming Friday evening, on behalf of a local subgroup of the BYU Alumni Association.

For any of those who might be curious to see me drool, stumble, lie, bumble, and snarl in person, I'm slated to speak to the topic of "Abraham Divided: Understanding the Middle East Conflict" at the annual FreedomFest libertarian convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, 14-16 July. (Vegas shouldn't be cold then.)

I'm not one of the "keynote speakers" this time, just one of the "other speakers":

As you might expect, this being a libertarian gathering, there will be an entrance fee.

On 25 March, I'll be speaking in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany, on the topic "Die Offenbarungen Joseph Smiths."

On the following evening, 26 March, I'll be speaking in Offenbach-am-Main, Germany, on the subject "Der Islam aus mormonischer Sicht."

I'm in Wiesbaden right now, but I don't plan on staying that long. You'll have to carry on without me.

Well kudos given where kudos are earned! Spoke to a friend of mine on Peter King's staff in Washington today. They were thankful, to say the least, knowing that this conference at UVU would take the national and international media spotlight off his hearing on "Radical Muslims" - at least for a couple of days.
