Evaporation does require heat other than a differAtion in temperature. That's why your ice cubes in the freezer disappear over time.
unless the freezer remains closed and evaporative equilibrium is realized.
and for what its worth..."temperature" is just a measure of heat, they can not be exclusive of each other as you suggest......and evaporation totally requires on a differentiation in temp. (evaporation is a function of kinetic energy, and substance concentration itself and within the air, blah blah blah)

Gee Nipper. Most of those images of rock art are examples of souvenirs made for tourists in South America. Studies prove them all to be of recent origin (a few of years old). I actually have one of those sent to me by a friend as a joke. The few others are examples of old rock art that can be interpreted in other ways (I know my rock art... a hobbie of mine).
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

Provide a list of some such studies... Yes, I do believe some such are fake; however, to create a counterfeit, there must exist that which is genuine.

Is there a shred of support anywhere (other than the Bible) to suggest there was no rainfall or clouds prior to 2,300bc when, according to Mormonism, the flood took place.
If there was no rain fall prior to 2,300BC how did the rivers replenish? Or were there no rivers either?

These are not counterfeit. Counterfeit implies a false copy of something that truly exists, such as paper money or coins. These are fake representations of ancient rock art created every day in South America to sell to tourists. Usually done with an old hack saw blade on a creek pebble painted black to show contrast.
If you want to find God, it's best to skip the obvious hoaxes. Wouldn't you really rather know the truth instead of promoting such silliness? Give up the desperate attempt to prove your preconceived ideas. Search for the truth.

The pictures presented were also of cave paintings and sculptures... They were not all painted rocks. I presented such as another point of reference. I do not believe everything and that is why I am not taken in by the Book of Mormon. I do not hold to evolution or matter being billions of years old unless it mirrors God's presentation of eternity for man to consider.

Evolution does not depend on God for its truth.

There is a saying in Latin America that (roughly translated) would be; "If my Grandmother hadn't died, she'd be alive today." Basically, when you attach an "if" to a sentence, the sentence can go well beyond any factors of reason.
Your sentence above is such an "if" statement, 'I do not hold to evolution.........unless'. You cherry-pick the ideas from evolution that fit into your preconceived mold of how things ought to be, as long as they do not disrupt your image of God's creation. But as soon as an idea starts to rock the boat you chuck the idea overboard. Maybe your boat will overload soon and you'll have to consider jumping ship???
