You may not have realized this, but "anyone" also includes
you. Or are you trying to tell me you're building a nuke in your basement? Do I need to report your IP address to Homeland Security?
LittleNipper wrote:Do you really believe the government has the ability to stop some nut from wiping out any city?
No, I don't. I believe the government can make it extremely difficult to detonate a nuke in an urban area, but not impossible.
LittleNipper wrote:Now imagine a whole army of nuts.
I don't have to--I'm talking to one right now.
LittleNipper wrote:Who would have imagined homosexual marriage 40 years ago?
Why do you ask? Are you afraid you're going to be nuked by same sex marriage supporters?
LittleNipper wrote:Did rational thinking prevent it?
I'm pretty sure "rational thinking" has more to do with why we
haven't been nuked by same sex marriage supporters.
LittleNipper wrote:Did education control it?
It's not the job of public education to keep us from being nuked by people who support same sex marriage.
LittleNipper wrote:Did the government stop it?
I know of no branch of the federal government tasked with keeping us safe from nuclear strikes by same sex marriage supporters.
LittleNipper wrote:God will allow select sin; however, He will not allow total annihilation until He unleases it after the Millennial Kingdom Age is over (it hasn't started yet).
Well, that all depends on which particular sect of sky god cultists you happen to be talking to. Some sky god cultists believe the "Millennial Kingdom Age" has already started. The sky god was kind of vague and contradictory when he wrote that part of the Bible.
LittleNipper wrote:The Hare Krishnan are not foolish enough not to realize there is a GOD.
Wrong--the Hare Krishna are polytheists; they believe in
thousands, perhaps even
millions of gods.
LittleNipper wrote:They simply do not understand Salvation, Omnipotence, Omnipresence, or Omniscience.
The Hare Krishna say you and the other sky god cultists don't understand about polytheism, reincarnation, and karma.
LittleNipper wrote:And again, one must not take Bible verses out of context and this is exactly what Atheists do as a mediocre defense of their position.
No, that's not what atheists do. I highly doubt you've ever had a serious discussion with an atheist. You and all the other sky god cultists should probably try to learn more about atheists and atheism, or else you'll end up looking like idiots.
LittleNipper wrote:When the KJV was edited...
Why would the "inerrant" word of the sky god need to be edited? Are you sure you know what "inerrant" means? I don't think you do.
LittleNipper wrote:"...the translators used the word "unicorn" to translate a single Hebrew word, רְאֵם reym, because they didn't know what the original Hebrew word meant."
Reym, aurochs, and other bovines have
TWO horns, not one. Furthermore, equines and rhinocerotidae are not related to bovines. So it looks like your sky god screwed the pooch while writing that part of the Bible.
LittleNipper wrote:Unicorn is an English word and not a Hebraic one. Clearly, the Orthodox Jewish Bible didn't not translate the word as "Unicorn."
See above.
LittleNipper wrote:PS> A unicorn is a single horned animal and is not of necessity a type of horse.
In other words, your sky god thinks a narwhal can be a unicorn. So again, your sky god totally screwed the pooch on the topic of unicorns. Just accept it and move on.
LittleNipper wrote:God's Word is inerrant.

LittleNipper wrote:Translations are but an attempt at it.
There's a term for this kind of thing:
Garbage in, garbage out.
