Thank you for admitting this is all based on your personal feelings.

Irrelevant.

Yes there are.

LittleNipper wrote:A person can be a said to be a good scientist without attending secular institutions.
But not if he engages in blatant fraud...like Dr. Carl Baugh.

LittleNipper wrote:If that is not the case then why is Darwin even spoken of with many others?
This makes no sense. Please proofread next time.

LittleNipper wrote:Is it because of bias among evolutionists and uniformitarians? Accept evolution and you pass the course?
Nope--the issue isn't bias; it's fraud. Quit trying to divert attention from the fraudulent information in the links you posted.

Nipper, why do certain Christians feel they need to use deception in order to propagate their beliefs?

Surprise, surprise, there is no divine mandate for the Church to discuss and portray its history accurately.

Thank you for your cartoons. The rest is nothing but your bias attempt lacking any real proof and attacking what and those you cannot disprove. You have nothing, you provide nothing, and you take nothing away. When it comes to irrelevancy, you take the crown.

The correct word is biased.

HINT: The dictionary is your friend.

I can play this game, too: The fact that you don't see any frost giants is scientific proof that Thor killed them all.

Can you prove that Thor didn't kill the frost giants?

LittleNipper wrote:You have nothing, you provide nothing, and you take nothing away.
Wrong--I provided you with proof that Chinese ideograms have nothing to do with the book of Genesis.

I also provided you with proof of Martin Lither's virulent Antisemitism.

I also provided you with proof that certain Christians use deception to propagate their beliefs.

I also demonstrated to you that Presuppositional apologetics is nothing more than circular logic.

Here's another example of a Christian using deception to propagate his beliefs--Dr. Carl Baugh falsely claims this 19th Century hammer (below) is an antediluvian artifact. It's on display in his "Creationism Evidence Museum" in Texas.

But there is so much that we don't know for certain. For example:

Please note that a dinosaur walked up the face of this cliff -- to escape a catastrophic global flood, perhaps? Also, who supplied the dinosaurs with anti-gravity belts? Significantly, scientists to whom I've addressed this question have stopped taking my calls.

What proof is there that the hammer is not old? You say it is a fake. Is it a fake because it looks like a modern hammer? What should an ancient hammer look like? Martin Luther was beside himself as to why a sect of people could not believe Jesus to be the Messiah. Their temple was gone (prophetically biblical). They don't sacrifice as they are commanded to do (prophetically biblical). You hate Christians and Creationists ---- you call them all liars, etc. etc.... Are you in the same boat a Martin Luther or are you exempt?

You did?
What page?
I'm interested because this is not my understanding.

When analyzing Chinese pictograms/ideograms and their radicals (component parts) - there are many extremely interesting similarities to the book of Genesis - to say the least.

I also provided you with proof of Martin Lither's virulent Antisemitism.

Yes, in addition to other things, Luther was most certainly anti-Semitic.

I also provided you with proof that certain Christians use deception to propagate their beliefs.

While this is 100% true, Christians are clearly not alone in this practice....it can be (and is) found with certain people from a variety of camps.

Ah, a site with footnotes! Footnotes! Just for fun, I picked a claim/footnote at random:

Claim: "In Eastern Washington State there is a canyon that was eroded through solid basalt by Lake Missoula floods in 1-2 days. This canyon is 300 to 500 feet deep."

Source cited in footnote (a USGS pamphlet): The pamphlet nowhere mentions the depth of the canyon, nor that it was carved out in only 1 or 2 days. Rather, it says things like "... most geologists today agree that the Scablands were carved by a flood of unprecedented proportions that took place 18,000 to 20,000 years ago during the Great Ice Age ... Most of the lava erupted during the Miocene Epoch of the Tertiary Period—between 30 million and 10 million years ago. At times, one flow followed another at short intervals, but at other times, tens of thousands of years intervened between flows ... Among the fossilized remains of these plants are logs of the famous Ginkgo tree, a species that has survived for 250 million years."

The source does identify the location as eastern Washington and mentions the erosion of basalt. So there's that, I guess.

Hey Ceeboo!

The topic has popped up more than once in this freakshow of a thread, but I think the referenced discussion starts around page 110 or so:

Thanks again!

It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.
