They ALL hibernated for a year?

Do you have any science to back that up? What that animals can hibernate

Did the humans hibernate, too?

What that animals can hibernate? The humans took care of the lesser needs of the animals.

God miniaturized all of the animals to 1/1000th their normal size and Noah put them all in a shoe box. The rest of the space on the ark was for water-slides, ball rooms, and shuffle board. We can't forget about shuffleboard.
It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.

What is sad is this makes as much sense as the crap that is being made up on the spot to get out of the facts that make a global flood 4-5 thousand years ago impossible. It really always goes back to magic. The problem with this is why God is using magic to hide the flood.

Animals don't hibernate for a year. Most animals don't hibernate.

*by the way how about the general cleanliness of the animals? Even if they were eating and pooping a fraction of their normal intake/outtake they still needed to have their areas cleaned and they also needed to exercise. Did the monkeys clean the tiger cages as well? (When? As I've shown the monkeys are already feeding 700+ animals a day when they aren't opening the complex aquaduct [arkquaduct?] to allow the animals to drink.)

That all animals can hibernate for a year. I'd also like to see data about human hibernation.

The average American consumes over 2000 pounds of food a year. Let's be generous and say that the Noahites were on a very restricted diet and consumed half that. Times by 8 and you still have 8000 pounds of food.

Where did that food get stored? That is JUST for the humans!

Many animals lay eggs, many animals give milk for cheese. There are insects that people might eat. Fishing might offer a change of diet. Americans today tend to be fat... Seems like you are running out of excuses to not at least imagine that the event occurred.

You haven't ever considered that the event didn't occur.
