It could have been as early as 4004 BC . . .
That is obviously wrong!!! It was 3998 BC unless and until Themis has proof otherwise.

This is painfully off topic (forgive me), but it's nice to see Tobin with an avatar. It's not how I pictured you, but I like it.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

This avatar made me laugh, so I used it. At least it isn't creepy like Pinkie Pie....

Funny that I am not the one who likes to make things up that have no evidence like the catalyst theory.

I will leave your bait on the hook.

I do. But why? It is worth the effort to find the common cause. You may look inside, I will look outside.

Themis wrote:Did you really think Christian are the only group that got together and believed the same thing, although that is not entirely true if you look at all the different christian groups around.

The powers of light and darkness can hold an idea in man's head. Man drifts way to fast for man to be responsible for a continuous Idea.

Themis wrote:Did you really think Christianity is the only old religion. As we have shown there are older religions. Again Drifting and I are at least providing substance.

I care nothing for religion. I care a great deal about truth. Truth is much older than anything you can imagine.

I think the Septuagint is closer to the real dates. Around 5800 BC for the Garden. But that assumes no gaps. Who knows.

You always run away when asked to back up your assertions.

I do. But why? It is worth the effort to find the common cause. You may look inside, I will look outside.

Well our bodies create the experiences and our world views do most of the interpreting. I look at all the possibilities. Feel free to provide evdience for your interpretations.

The powers of light and darkness can hold an idea in man's head. Man drifts way to fast for man to be responsible for a continuous Idea.

So yes there are many groups who get together to believe the same thing, something I brought up showing Christianity is not unique.

I care nothing for religion. I care a great deal about truth. Truth is much older than anything you can imagine.

Anytime we try to get to what the truth is, you run away. Anyways you are trying to dodge the issue about religions older then Christianity which we have shown, and is not unique.

Please write down all of the truth you know to be true. When you have millions of followers get back to me.

I run from the world. You bring the world to the table. You feel the world is a wonderful witness I don't feel that way.

Not sure why this fallacy keeps coming up that millions of followers makes something true. I could write downe many things I think are objectively true, but it would be to long. Many of them you might even agree with.

I have been in your fantasy world.

Write down all the truth that he knows?! Why?! That would take three paragraphs!
