Re: Fulfilled Prophecy?
I have not ignored your quotes,, gdemetz. I have answered them with the Christian interpretation. You persist in quoting the Psalm verse, drawing from it, your own belief that it somehow supports the Mormon belief that suggests man is a god in embryo. Christianity rejects that as I have stated, taking the Psalm in total which is God chastising the Judges, who as God's representatives and occupying a lofty god-like position over the people, failed in their godly responsibilities. That you use the verse to support the outrageous Mormon doctrine of man as a god and then accuse me of failing to respond is ludicrous in the extreme. I have responded more than once on this with the prevailing Christian viewpoint.

I might add...yet you continue with the insults which do nothing to support your argument.

I have been staying out of this one, for many reasons.cacheman wrote:Albion wrote:The MMM...the largest "terrorist" act (on white people) in American history until the Oklahoma City bombing. You can define it as "attacking" gdemetz. I see it as reminding us of fact.

Well Albion, why don't you keep REMINDING everyone about all the persecutions of the saints which ultimately drove them to the remote far west?!? Also Albion, I have given you not only that quote which you mentioned, but also many other quotes from the Bible which supported it! You have given me only statements to the effect that that is not the (apostate) Christian view! Of course it's not. That's why there had to be a restitution of all things! You need that Papa Joe's version of the Bible because you surely don't accept what the other versions plainly state!!!

Re: Fulfilled Prophecy?
gdemetz, as I have stated, I do not condone any of the attacks on Mormons in Missouri and Illinois. The thread is about the MMM and no amount of "well we were persecuted, too," justifies the the cold-blooded slaughter of innocents there by supposedly upstanding Mormon leaders. All of them should have been brought to justice...so should those who are responsible for Haun's Mill.

Possibly in more ways than one....either the undertaker or the uppertaker. In my own case the former might be the sooner.
