Surely one of Mormonism's better doctrines.

There are simpler and more beautiful ways to arrive at theological inclusivism, without deploying vicarious ordinance work as the main engine to accomplishing it.

Let's not get too excited about my limited endorsement.

Noted for future reference.
I would also like to praise Dr. Peterson for FARMS' consistency of holding up Evangelical Christians (conservative Protestant clergyman) as their whipping boy for flogging the greatness of Mormon theology. End Sarcasm.

Very useful materials for both feeding testimonies and answering questions are available through BYU's Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship (formerly FARMS) and the independent Foundation for Apologetic Information and Research (FAIR), including many things readily accessible on their websites.
Wow. The shameless plugs just don't ever stop. What a career.

Absolutely shameless.
I want people to read things that I write. That's a principal reason for my writing them.
I suspect that I'm not the only author who feels this way.

Of course. You wrote the article. But reading quotes like the one I posted above make it seem like the principal reason for writing that article was to get people to read FAIR and FARMS material.

I'm flattered by your devotion to reading everything I write both on this message board and elsewhere. You sure make a guy feel special.
