Not at all. Either idea is a possibility, so is the chance that I might spontaneously combust this moment. Not impossible, just highly improbable. It is a big, big universe after all.
But I do think you need a better reference in supporting said idea "death before the fall" than a non authoritative source.

What non authoritative source did I reference in regards to this claim?

i agree, so stop putting words into my mouth.
Response: "I'm not putting words into your mouth. I leave that to God who puts words in the mouths of asses."
i find it incredibly ironic that those who do not believe in the scriptures "know" exactly what the scriptures mean.
(ironic? or hypocritical?...not sure)
Response: "True, I do not believe in scripture. But there was a time, a more than 30 year period of time, that I was a practising, recommend carrying, Mormon who believed every word that fell out of a great number of asses' mouths. My right and/or ability to "know" what scripture means did not cease to exist merely because I no longer bought into someone else's interpretation. That is neither ironic nor hypocritical. Your finding it ironic or hypocritical is only based on your lack of knowledge to my background.
I could even argue that my ability to interpret scripture has gained a considerable amount of clarity since I stopped believing in the divinity of scripture or those who claimed to have divine inspiration to interpret."
Subgenius says: "It is perfectly reasonable to interpret the "talking donkey" as a miracle."
Response: "Let's stop right there. Nothing about donkeys talking is perfectly reasonable. It has happened only once in any scripture (2Peter only references back to it and it not an independent source) and was observed by NO ONE ELSE other than the story teller.
There is a talking snake in Genesis, another miracle I presume....only this time it was the devil who did the miracle??"
Subgenius says: "If one believes that God gave man the power to speak, then surely he must believe that God can give any the power to speak, as He pleases."
Response: "Whoa! Hold your horses. God is not an ventriloquist nor are we the dummies without vocal chords through which a ventriloquist creates the illusion of speech. Even when God is not guiding our words most every human still has the ability to speak. No other animal has anything similar to muscular and tendon specification in their vocal chords to make them capable of speech.
Either God was a ventriloquist using the ass as his dummy (not to be confused with the Jim Carrey routine) OR God gave the donkey a new set of vocal chords for two brief sentences of conversation with Baleem, then took the vocal chords away forever. The same must hold true for the snake with Adma and Eve. Either satan acted as a ventriloquist OR he gave human vocal chords to the snake for a brief conversation.
If anyone should buy into the ventriloquist idea then they believe in a deceptive god who willingly misleads people to get his message across. I thought that was the definition of satan."
Subgenius says: "God does not allow weakest to be abused,"
Response: "And just where do you get this from? Make a list of weak people from around the world, pick any country, why not even your own USA. Show me where God protects the weak. Does not allow the weak to be abused???? Give me a break. Do you even read the news in your own country. Weak are abused on a daily basis."
Subgenius says: "p.s. perhaps your fascination with donkeys could be embellished with Ezekiel 23:20
Ezekiel 23:20
New International Version (NIV)
20 There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses.
Low brow humour? Strange that such a verse should stick in your mind. I've read both testaments more than a dozen times in the two languages I'm fluent in and that particular verse never struck me as anything worth memorizing. Relevance? You must have very interesting home evenings.

The trapped in amber thread has an image of a mosquito trapped in amber which raises an interesting question.
What did mosquitoes eat in the garden?

Not the "celestial juice" stuff that will replace blood once our bodies become immortal?

That'd be like exposing a Kryptonian to a yellow sun. The super-mosquitos would rule the earth.

Once again, we see the all familiar post from this crowd...the crowd that 'thinks" but never knows.
Female mosquitoes are known to use blood meal only for the development of eggs.
But mosquitoes actually "eat" flower nectar, and plant materials
