I know Kevin wrote at least one Book of Abraham apologetic article on FAIR and it took years for him to finally get them to pull it. I was very critical of his article even as a believing LDS apologist and attacked it on the FAIR board. I actually never published with either group but debated vigorously on the FAIR boards for years in favor of the Book of Abraham and used my old website as a backdrop. I did manage to copy and paste a lot of my work on that board and had many discussions with several LSD apologists. And yes, I've even been in contact with John Gee via email and he told me that I would apostatize. He was right. I just couldn't keep on living the lie as he does. I feel so sorry for him because the knowledge of Egyptology he has must be at war with his testimony. It's like oil and water not mixing very well.
Anyway, I keep on harping about Facsimile No. 3 because I see it as a poster child in sending a message out about the false claims of Mormonism insomuch as the founder was not a true translator of ancient records. It was a sham. And so far, no one can provide any evidence to the table to vindicate Joseph Smith's Explanations of Facsimile No. 3. It's a slam dump against the church and it needs to be rubbed into the noses of the church leaders. I'm sure it really bothers the more intellectual ones such as Holland and Oaks. These men are liars for the lord.
And, Jonah and the Whale is one heck of a tall tale. People back then would believe that stuff but people today have no excuse to believe this kind of nonsense. It's a shame that modern people will stick their head in the sand and say, "I believe it". It's like taking a giant backward step into time.

Jonah was NOT swallowed up by a whale. God never did such thing. It's a story produced by religious nuts who served Jehovah. You continue to believe in a story because your mind refuses to let go. You are a prisoner of Jehovah.
And Jesus is NOT coming back. Not today, not 10,000 years from now. And, the Book of Revelations is a total book of lies.

Jesus was supposed to come back in the first century AD. The fact that he hasn't 2000 years later should be a big clue that he's not coming back. Maybe it's just me.
