What did mosquitoes eat in the garden?

Once again, we see the all familiar post from this crowd...the crowd that 'thinks" but never knows.
Female mosquitoes are known to use blood meal only for the development of eggs.
But mosquitoes actually "eat" flower nectar, and plant materials

That settles it. I'm going back to church.

sadly, your feeble attempt to cherry pick and substitute context has failed you again.

sadly, your translation is not the same as mine.
Unfortunately for you, i take figurative language quite literally...you should learn to distinguish figurative language from "literal" language...i think it might help you understand the scriptures at a level which would enable you to participate in meaningful discussions.

subgenius,

Do you believe that Eve was a real person and that she was literally created by God taking one of Adams literal ribs and using that to literally create her?

I'm reeling! You have answered your own foolish statement, subgenius (an appropriate name). Yes, only female mosquitoes eat blood. How would they manage in a world where only plant foods are allowed?
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

Some species of mosquitoes absolutely require a blood meal for successful reproduction.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.

But we know none of them died before 4,000 bc right?

this is hardly a carnivorous situation, and thus you are still left wanting....
but please, reel on.

But first, what source are you citing that confirms that a female mosquito would not eat blood and that a mosquito from before the fall required a blood meal.

before the fall, presumably...
the date is not certain...nor relevant....
and "knowing" is certainly not something you are comfortable with

The date, as published by the church, is approximately 4,000 BCE, apostate.

Sorry, let's have a look at what you could've won....

An official chronology bookmark available to buy from the official Church store, clearly showing key dates - including the dates for Adam.

Bad luck old boy....
