Actually, Jesus has had his temple work done. He even has been sealed to Mary, Martha and Mary.

Sorry that I am late to the party, but happy to clear that up.

If Jesus read anything in the temple, it was the Torah. Jesus was Jewish, not a Christian. Josephus described Jesus as a Rabbi. Are you Jewish?

The Old Testament is the Jewish text. Josephus was not a Christian. And many at the time of Christ called Jesus, " Rabbi."
"Rabbi" is recorded 12 times in connection with Jesus, and means "Teacher".

Mark 9:5 and Mark 11:21 by Peter
John 1:38 by two disciples of John the Baptizer
John 1:49 by Nathanael
John 3:2 by Nicodemus
John 6:25 by the crowds
John 4:31; 9:2; 11:8 by disciples not specified
Matthew 26:25, 49; Mark 14:45 by Judas

John 20:16; Mark 10:51 he is called "Rabboni" (My Teacher) by Mary Magdalene and by a blind man whom he healed.

The Torrah is basically the 1st 5 books of the Bible. In its most specific meaning, it consists of the first five books of the Tanakh written in Biblical Hebrew. The names of each of these books in Hebrew are taken from the first phrase in each book: Bereshit ("In [the] beginning", Genesis), Shemot ("Names", Exodus), Vayikra ("He called", Leviticus[1]), Bamidbar ("In the desert", Numbers) and Devarim ("Words", Deuteronomy).

I'd love to be a Messianic Jew. Unfortunately, as far as I know, I have no jewish ancestry. I am mostly german, english, polish, irish.

They are all Mormons though of course the Church wasn't necessarily known by that name in the past. The LDS Church is the only true Church according to God (D&C 1:30)

But, if one is clever, one can wait until the next life to find that humility, based on more information, and yet still get into the Celestial Kingdom.
That said, with the Book of Mormon, we are not dealing with a civilization with no written record. What we are dealing with is a written record with no civilization. (Runtu, Feb 2015)

The "true church" is a universal church and the bride of Christ (and no one else). The word "universal" is also translated "catholic." I do not see this as being "Mormon" in anyway shape or form.
