President Hinckley died about an hour ago.

I'm guessing KSL is being flooded with requests, because it keeps timing out on me.

Edited to add: He was always my favorite church leader. He will be missed.

My condolences to his family. He lived a long life, but it is still a sad time for people who loved him.

Was he sick? This seems so sudden. I am very sorry to hear about it. My heart goes out to his family and to the Church.

At age 97 I guess an autopsy was not needed.
