Hi jonLinn!

I thought no one had noticed this poll but a look at the votes says otherwise! I put non-Member investigating Mormonism. That's probably not the whole story but it's as close as I come to fitting the responses. More than investigating these days, I typically argue against Mormonism in various forms...and like to argue things out in general. :-)You might see me take opposing sides on the same topic on different threads. Was that clear as mud?

My guess is that the board has a majority of ex-LDS who are no longer believers in any real sense of the word. We'll have to see if your poll supports that or not!

:-D

Here's a thread done many moons ago about the same issue.

I added myself to the fully believing category, but I realize some doctrinal purists may quibble about that.

How many people here are Mormon? Poll

Post by _jonLinn »

Hmmm....I just noticed that a couple of my poll options got left off is there a max on the number of questions?

There should be at least one for other religious traditions. I mean if you are Wiccan or Buddhist you would hardly qualify as “Not sure what I believe just like to talk religion”.

I guess my quest to write “The perfect poll” will have to continue :)

That's what I voted, too. Probably Christian-Deist or Christian-Agnostic or even Christian-Unitarian would best encapsulate where I hover.

I believe many of you would label me 'hard core' which is what I ended up selecting.

Plus, I also thought it appropriate to make my thousandth post in the CK. :)

I answered atheist, although if there was a hard core atheist I would have chosen that one ;)

Ah, yes, the great BC is now God status.

We have created a thread for you. Actually, I'm going to flog Bond for creating it first. I wanted the honor.
