EA/GAEL Character Sequential Numbering - A Proposed Standard

As many of you may have noticed, I have frequently referred to characters from the EA/GAEL documents by a sequential number. Dan McClellan also started using this reference system. I am posting it here as a proposed standard of reference. Of course, no one is obligated to use it, but bear in mind that it stands a high likelihood of becoming the de facto standard of reference on the apologetic side of the aisle. I have also posted below a cross-reference of the contents of the pages in the bound GAEL document. It has been notoriously difficult to find the various explanations for each character in the GAEL because of how the five "degrees" and "parts" are divided (with the 5th degree appearing first and the 1st degree appearing last). I hope this cross-ref table will prove useful to those interested in pursuing the study of the Kirtland Egyptian Papers.

The transliterations I have provided are, almost without exception, those provided by Phelps, and are for reference purposes only. There are additional variants I have not noted, but I think this list should suffice as point of "common ground" for everyone discussing the EA/GAEL. I also have created a cross-reference by character for all 34 pages in the GAEL. I haven't double-checked this cross-reference, but I believe it is correct. I originally confused some of the explanations for #66 (Ki Ah broam/Kiah brah oam) with those for #69 (Ah brah oam), but I think I got that all straightened out now:

I will, at some point in the near future, double-check all of the pages and make any necessary corrections, at which point I will update this list.

Edit: One last note, Phelps himself made some errors in terms of referencing characters. If I recall correctly, the biggest problems are with characters 12 and 16. I can't recall whether or not I have updated my GAEL page descriptions list above since I identified Phelps's errors. I think I did, but be aware of some potential problems when it comes to 12 and 16.
