Hey. Sorry if this has been asked before, but, does Jesus love us unconditionally?

It would be easy to say that His love is contingent upon not eating black licorice or liver, but I believe the correct answer is that Jesus does indeed love us.

Depends on who's version of Jesus you're asking about...

I was speaking of the Jesus who dispenses the waters of life in a non-proprietary format, of course. I imagine that Mormons being of the least, will be within close roll-tossing distance of the main banquet table when the time comes.
Wouldn't it be interesting if you and I were seated between Cleon Skousen and Harvey Milk? That would sure make for a stimulating conversation before the appetizers arrived. Maybe we could toss some rolls at Drs. Scratch and Peterson at the end of the table.

Nelson said, in his 2003 "Divine Love" address, (1) that Jesus' love is conditional, but also (2) Jesus loves sinners too. How can these assertions be reconciled?

They can't.
