I heard a statistic presented about Single Adults in the Church.

I do not know if it is correct, but it was presented as a fact by someone who would know.

70% of all Single Adult Church members are female.

Now I'm not a mathematical or statistical genius but I reckon this points to a lot of Mormon women who are going to die unattached. This statistic may even mean a return to Polygamy if Single Males cannot be found and coerced into marrying these Single Sisters.

I suspect the number may be for active members.

I don't think that number is accurate. Probably more like 61.37%.
