Has anyone heard of the Newark Holy Stones?
Is there any real evidence that they're real (or fake)?

If you have done any research at all you will have seen this site. It sums it up pretty well. They are fakes. The Ohio Archaeological Council are a well respected group with no political or religious ax to grind. Case closed.

These stones were meant to seal this New Jersey portal from hell to our world. Sorry to learn one of the stones is missing, but I am still relieved to know that the manifestation of hell is limited to a 5 mile radius from the Newark city center. Perhaps Ms. Coulter could be enticed to return the stone with a guaranteed contract from Fox.

While I agree that any radius you would like to choose around Newark New Jersey could be a reliable definition of Hell, this particular Newark is in Ohio. I didn't know there was a Newark in Ohio either until I looked it up. I have no doubts that it has it's own special version of Hell, as well.
