D&C130:20 The Law...

Anyone know where I can find the law talked about in D&C130:20 There is a law, irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundations of this world, upon which all blessings are predicated.

Tell us the law that we might live it...
PrickKicker: I used to be a Narrow minded, short sighted, Lying, Racist, Homophobic, Pious, Moron. But they were all behavioral traits that I had learnt through Mormonism.
