Pre-mortal Spirit Vs Post-mortal Spirit

Here is a question I asked a few years back...
Pre-mo spirits are adult in appearance according to Mormon manuals... Yeh I never could get that either, how they cram the adult spirit in to the tiny baby.
But other wise the Jesus/Jehovah story and the whole POS just wont work.
So here's the question...
What facial features do we have as pre-mortal spirits?
Because we acquire our looks through our earthly parents mixed genes.
and what do we look like as post-mortal spirits? Because people started saying we return to our prime. ie: 30's
and without features how can we tell one another apart?
