What a disgrace. The church is disgusting. They will make money while this couple volunteers their retirement away.
To do so, the Huffs left their new home in Draper more than 26 months ago to live full time in an isolated aluminum siding home miles from the nearest human inhabitant near the southwest shore of Utah Lake. Working 18 hour days, particularly during the hunting and planting seasons, is not uncommon for the couple, whose retired peers may have difficulty understanding the attraction of the unrelenting labor.

Your assumption that Clair and Beth Huff are unable to make decisions for themselves is nothing less than arrogance.
Focus instead on the ideas of "hunting" and "preserve".

Mind if I focus on a hobby for wealthy members that has the temerity to use missionaries as a labor force to run the operation. I really can't see the religious nature of this endeavor utilizing missionaries, can you?
by the way, the Church owns two private "hunting" "preserves". That will give you a double focus.

As has been explained to us by ldsfaqs in terrestrial, church-owned businesses are not to be mistaken for charities. They are there to make money, which will be in turn invested in new businesses, which will in turn ... it is wrong to expect them to use their profits for charitable purposes.
So it is really not clear to me why the church should use its retired members to work for this particular business for nothing.
