Speaking of copying the ceremonies of the Masons and Masonic offshoots, what if the LDS Church, instead of spending all its time doing baptisms for the dead had put that enormous output of work hours into running and maintaining something similar to the Shriner's Hospitals?
They could have all worn white within this hospital environment and even added those nifty green masks for extra symbolism. Young Mormons could have been raised up righteously with their own candy stripe garments.
