I'm not a professional translator, nor do I have a Urim and Thummim or seer stone, but I'm pretty sure #12 is an ice cream cone.

Some might say that's an anachronsim. But I'm sure FARMS could find a way out of it...

Looks to me to be some sort of ancient dental chart and no, #12 is not an ice cream cone but rather a fissure below the gum line.
