Thanks for the information Runtu. Faust sure seemed to accumulate a lot of 'honours' in his 87 years... In the right-places at the right-times... As for replacement: Isn't that by seniority? Doesn't "The Prophet" have to be THE oldest person in the hiearchy?? Not only a default, but a major LDS fault, IMSCO...Warm regards, Roger

Pres Faust wasn't the prophet, so Pres Hinckley can replace him with anyone. Supposedly. No doubt he'll pick from the very small finding pool called the Brethren, though. I'm expecting either Oaks or Packer.
