Actually what Spencer W. Kimball said was that the way that people understood what was said was wrong.
Nope. He said Adam/God was wrong and applied it to the way LDS fundies understand it,which is how BY taught it.

I suspect you need to read more about what BY said, and what the fundie believe. They are remarkably similar.
