Ideas:
Put general authorities on bikes and public transit.
Pay for Trax passes for COB employees (I think they already subsidize them)
Install energy saving lights in church buildings
Encourage members is SL valley to not burn wood/coal at home during the cold months
Subsidize attic insulation upgrades throughout the valley
Zion!
