Yankees won last night, 5 hits 5 runs, in spite of the Blue Rays 14 hits and Judge's weird non-infieldfly drop. I contend he still belongs in R field, not center, but Boone clearly doesn't agree.

Two of us are at the Garden today watching Brunson up close. It's going to be epic.

And i'm in charge of all stats reporting, family pools, and faux-betting. It's a fun time.

Shades, rosebud means a thread that no one else has or does comment in or reply to. Just her posts and "documents".

It was worth asking about a Kolob area of sorts, where we can rule our own planet. I understand though, a blog like area does not lend itself to the purpose of a discussion board, I.e. discussion.

I remember posting at this one autocratic place and being reminded that it was a blog, not a discussion forum. One mean-spirited old coot would continually shout, "Boot him off". Who would want to recreate that situation?

I do not have strong feeling about this one way or the other. I compulsively add, I can at least tell what Rosebud is talking about though I have no solution for her. I find High Spy's continual hiding of his thoughts, assuming there are some, as a bit annoying. Well, no real suffering and maybe High Spy will discover or figure out what it is that is agitating him.

Actually spy simply wishes to share significant truths that need to be shared.

Also to generate resources to empower a group to better accomplish a righteous mission.

This document is about a public matter and is not restricted by any current restraining order. I cannot offer you John Dehlin’s deposition at this time due to Judge Faust’s current order sealing the documents from the Jenn Kamp lawsuit. (I am told that Judge Faust is Mormon apostle James E. Faust’s son.)

In this document, I respond to John Dehlin’s perjury regarding me under oath and address my concerns about the timing of his podcasts discrediting victims of organized child sexual abuse.

To me, when a superior uses their influence to get a subordinate fired after engaging in non-penetrative sexual acts, such as heavy petting or oral sex, it’s sexual coercion and sexual misconduct. I dunno if those are legal terms, but my lowly vote goes in favor for Rosebud because what John Dehlin did was:

1) Sexual Harassment: i believe this is a catch-all term for unwelcome sexual advances (which fits the bill), requests for sexual favors (which fits the bill), and verbal or physical acts of a sexual nature in the workplace (I’d consider work trips the “workplace “). If a superior, John Dehlin in this case, engages a subordinate in sexual acts and then retaliates by getting them fired, it is absolutely %100 sexual harassment.

2) Quid Pro Quo Harassment: If the superior got the subordinate fired because “they engaged in or refused to continue with sexual acts, it constitutes quid pro quo harassment.”

3) Retaliation: If the subordinate is fired as a consequence of the sexual encounter, it’s considered retaliation if the superior orchestrated it to ‘make them go away.’

4) Abuse of Power: The superior engages sexual acts with a subordinate and then takes punitive actions against them.

I understand Rosebud’s role in this matter, but upon reflection I believe John Dehlin had the primary burden of professional behavior holding him to account. Even if Rosebud had come onto him, he should’ve immediately reported it to the board so they could figure out their way ahead. Instead, he used his position and role in the organization to get the board to fire her. It’s cut and dry. He’s guilty.
