I did read most of that Article in the Deseret Newspaper, that I get here now in Utah. That does sound pretty good to me. I just hope that the Church will get more honest about the history of Polygamy within the Church in the 19th Century. President Hinckely answer on Larry King Live about Polygamy within the Church in the 19th Century, was not really honest.
