If this is a PG - PG13 rated forum, there should be no expectation that cursing won't be used in some of the posts.

I expect it. Not because I'm a prude--far from it--but because the community spoke up and said that that's what they wanted.

I'm still unclear. Of course, any cursing on this forum shouldn't include the verboten "F" and "S" words, but what about other dirty words? Are we not to curse at all on this forum? So we can say ass but not s***? I used prick before and it caused a stir, but when I used mother humper, no one complained at all.

I rarely use profanity, but sometimes the judicious use of expletives drives home a point like nothing else. Must I tie my recently released and increasingly naughty tongue? I just started swearing a little and I sorta like it. If I promise not to use the "S" or "F" words on this forum, may I still call Joseph Smith a lying son-of-a-bitch?

Words such as "ass," "prick," "bitch," "damn," and the like are acceptable in this forum (but by no means ideal or desired). As long as you don't use the "F" or "S" words here (or any of their variants), you may use any lesser swear word.

In the Celestial Forum, on the other hand, all such swear words, even the lighter ones, are prohibited.

Excuse me....may I ask why f*** and s*** are considered worse that "bitch" "damn" "prick" or others that have been listed here? Where I come from you could get your butt kicked for calling someone a "bitch" or "prick" and f*** and s*** are merely forms of expression. Except in the case of f*** you of course.

I'm curious why two words are singled out, can you explain?
