LDS Leaders are not "infallible".....

Mormons don't believe in infallible leaders. I think they are wrong to have gotten involved in this.

This issue really doesn't have anything to do with the Church, so they shouldn't even be involved in the first place, irrespective of the motivations of Bundy. Their actions are political in nature, not religion. Religion only informs.

The church was clearly trying to "distance" themselves in case anything bad happened.
You'll note the Church isn't trying to "excommunicate" Bundy, and they won't either.
So, if he's not in "apostasy" how am I? It's because we aren't, it's a political action, nothing to do with the church.
Bundy has broken no doctrine of the church.....

A press release is not "doctrine".
The doctrines of God override personal opinions of individuals in the church.
I can't be in apostasy for the private uninformed opinions of someone in church leadership.
I can only be in apostasy for breaking actual doctrines of the church.

Not that I can recall....
I have been "wrong" a couple of times in some discussions on this forum of some "fact" or mistatment by me, etc.
But when I have been every single time, I've admitted it and correct it. Those who have been around since I've been here know this to be true.
Otherwise, I'm not wrong about anything.... the anti-mormon and liberal is however wrong in about everything they say.

And Lemmie.... you still need to learn to GOOGLE if you doubt something I say.

For starters, Lemmie is a woman. If you bothered to actually read her posts you might know that. I think you may be confusing her with the recently deceased Lemmy, who was a man.

Secondly, she has not posted anything that would indicate to me that she has a mental disorder. She seems quite sane. I find her extremely intelligent, with a good sense of humor as well.

Thirdly- It's really not time consuming to post links to support assertions. Most people are able to do so without difficulty.
