One person’s disgust is another person’s delight…
EXACTLY. That's the point of sex. Again, I feel that Lot's story is for someone with an incest fetish.
According to a certain way of thinking, reading Lot's story turns people into incest fetishists.

Actually, no; the point of sex is to propagate the species.

You seem to have missed out on some important things.

Not what I said, but I admire the creativity and imagination.

And who knows? Maybe it happens to some people.

Biologically indeed. Though for humans, sex is already way behind merely breeding.

This is like a trash talk through Genesis.

Any upcoming thoughts to publish on Revelation?

WHile I wasn't going for creativity and imagination, I'll take that as a compliment.

I was vaguely drawing a clumsy parallel with the idea some folks have that books that contain non-binary people will make the reader gay.

To call the Lot story porn seems quite odd. Porn is designed to be attractive, invite people to imaginatively participate. I think the Lot story was clearly written to be repulsive.

There are storytelling devices which work to make a simple plot presentation which, if analyzed as literal, appear unreal such as the whole town at the door.

Starting the article, I notice you propose that the fall made Adam and Eve smarter. I do not think there is any reason to imagine it that way. I think it made them dumber by infecting them with a pretend knowledge (evil).
Porn isn't attractive. It's over the top and I personally find it repulsive. We use the word "porn" in the context of being something indulgent and intense. Like food porn, topcoat porn (nail enhancements), etc.

I don't think disgusting and delighting people is the point of sex. I can't visualise the Bible being written to entice people and to feed their kinks. I doubt the writer was sharing it like a dirty novel.
