I have to say that I do appreciate the further glimpse into Rosebud’s mindset her emails provide.

At the time I was fired, I had been working towards a plan to empower the board to be more involved in decisions.

Really, it is more of the same. And if you look carefully, you see the consistent traces of overblown self-importance. Time. And. Again.

I’m assuming someone had the good sense to consult an employment lawyer before they requested that she resign and the fired her when she refused.

Well, according to one board member (who I won't name), Joanna and John tried to hire one lawyer to pressure Anne to resign and they refused because it would have been unethical and opened them up for exposure, so they had to go shopping.

I’ll just give you the TL/DR. You are half assing this whole thing. You don’t know what you are talking about. Do yourself a favor and invest in an hour of lawyer’s time who knows her way around defamation and privacy law in Utah. Don’t be idiots like Dehlin and the Foundation. Get legal advice now.

The more I think about this episode the more apparent it is that they are shilling for John Dehlin here. Where did they get all the documents? From John. How did they decide which former board members to have in the episode? I suspect John, though I don't know. Who is John's biggest defender here? John's paid assistant. And the biggie: John said a couple of days ago he was going be releasing more information to defend himself. Today, when asked when we could expect to see it he linked to this video. This entire episode was a set up by John as a propaganda video.

If you look in the board emails, you can see that the board hadn't been regularly meeting. Board members felt constantly out of the loop. John says Joanna didn't want to meet all that often. Joanna says John didn't want to meet all that often. Board members were being hired without even being voted on by the board.

That's not overblown self-importance. That's someone recognizing you need a functioning board to have a functioning foundation.

Yeah, you did a bang-up job of dramatizing the blind leading the blind here. You obviously do not know RFM very well. Come to think of it, you don’t, after all, know John Dehlin too well either. Seriously, there is no way that JD could have orchestrated that show, and there is no way RFM would do the kinds of stuff we all know—at least those of us who actually do know and aren’t thinking through a white-knight complex—the kind of thing JD would want to orchestrate.

You're right, Mormonism Live should have had an empty chair with Rosebud's name on it. With a note from her that said "There's evidence here, I pinky swear!"

They're so biased, they didn't even take James Patterson's word that he's seen the golden plates I mean the evidence!
