Me three! Bond is Banned!

Bond, was there something specific that made them want to push the ban button? Did they merely prefer shaken to stirred?

Wow, i'm impressed with Dan_G's thoroughness in monitoring sock-puppets. And shall I call it 'obsession' with monitoring this board.

I created a sock puppet a couple weeks ago just to be able to search the archives - never posted once. Then i used it today to search for 'Serious', and said as much on this board. They must somehow monitor who searches for certain things, because they banned my 'archive searching' sock-puppet.

I would say overdue house cleaning. Nothing I did was especially outrageous.

I have no idea if I've been banned. I disabled my account so I can't log in and check. I'm curious, though, after all the people who were banned today. Does someone still have an active account and can check to see if beastie's status has changed from "pundit" to "banned"? ;)

As of now you're not banned. I imagine Juliann has you saved in a special folder for a day when she's feeling really pissy and wants to smash something.

"Serious" was a sockpuppet for someone who is still posting on MAD? Very interesting. Is it "Hammer"? "Cold Steel" maybe?

I remember a guy named "Boy Named Sue" who got banned because of a spat with Serious. Does anybody know what became of him? Are posting over here now, BNS? I'll bet you are.... ;)
