And it came to pass that Mercury did try to defile Mother's Day and throw mud on the House of Gaz. And there arose on the horizon a girl from the tribe of Jersey. And the Jersey Girl did cry out to the heavens "I will smite thee oh Mercury!"
And it came to pass that the Jersey Girl did smite Mercury and show him a more excellent way.
Victory is mine, saith the Jersey Girl!
The End.

Merc, just reply with the following:Mercury wrote:Jersey Girl wrote:OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF WAR
We, the undersigned do hereby declare war on the poster Mercury for the following public and pertinent offenses.
1. Mercury, who is so hell bent on dogging the LDS Church, recently defiled Mother's Day wishes to female posters of MDB in order to engage in even more hell bent dogging because he doesn't know when and where to shut up.
2. Mercury, who expects to engage TBM's in dialogue and debate on this board, expects TBM's to wade through his repeated references to masturbation. Re: handjobs, JO party's. And somehow thinks that his wisdom and light is worth their tolerating his locker room crap.

If Stallone were from Jersey and not Hell's Kitchen, that would make sense. Of course he isn't and that's why it doesn't.

There are two personages who constitute the great, matchless, governing, and supreme power over all things - by whom all things were created and made that are created and made, whether visible or invisible; whether in heaven, on earth, or in the earth, under the earth, or throughout the immensity of space. They are the Father and the Son: The Father being a personage of spirit, glory, and power, possessing all perfection and fullness. The Son, who was in the bosom of the Father, a personage of tabernacle, made or fashioned like unto man, or being in the form and likeness of man - or rather, man was formed after his likeness and in his image. He is also the express image and likeness of the personage of the Father, possessing all the fullness of the Father, or the same fullness with the Father, being begotten of him; and was ordained from before the foundation of the world to be a propitiation for the sins of all those who should believe on his name; and is called the Son because of the flesh - and descended in suffering below that which man can suffer, or in other words, suffered greater sufferings, and was exposed to more powerful contradictions than any man can be.
Gaz,
How do you reconcile the items bolded above with D&C 130 as well as the KFD?

Excellent question.
Bruce R. McConkie added a footnote to the above highlighted portion.
Here are the scripture references:
1 Cor. 15:44-45
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
D&C 88:27
27 For notwithstanding they die, they also shall rise again, a spiritual body.

Meaning that he has a spiritual body which by revealed definition is a resurrected body of flesh and bones (1 Cor. 15:44-45; D&C 88:27)

I've been known to trash entire threads, coffee. It's only out of respect for Shades and his efforts in getting this board up that I conducted myself conservatively.
