You did a great job Kishkumen. Hope to see more. Hope your presence gets bigger.
Thank you, Exiled! RFM and Bill Reel are excellent hosts. They had everything set up for me and put me at ease. That made it easy to relax and have a great time chatting.

The audience seemed to indicate that this was one of the best-liked Mormonism Live episodes ever.
Thank you for watching, Moksha! With the penguin in attendance, good vibes dominated the evening.

Kish was a fantastic guest!

Articulate, intelligent, witty and urbane.

As usual.
You all made it so fun and easy to open up. It was a blast. I am honored to be a small part of the Mormonism Live legacy now! Thank you for brightening my fall semester!

It was a great episode Kish! Thank you!

Now you just need to go on BYP and Mormon Stories.
Thank you, Everybody Wang Chung! It was a blast! I would love to visit BYP or Mormon Stories! I am a big fan of both, as I am of Mormonism Live.

Yeah, I think there is something there that needs to be cultivated. The interaction between Consig and Kish was very smooth.
Consig is a great conversationalist and a world-class raconteur. It makes it easy to interact with him.

My man crush is intact.
Whew! I was a little nervous about freezing, but Bill and RFM eased me into the show like the experts they are.

Kish & Consig explore Mormonism juxtaposed ancient history and literature? I'd sign up for that class.

Of course Bill Reel would be the moderator and voice of reasonablness amongst the (fun, welcoming) chaos of the two above.
Visiting the show reminded me of how great Bill is and always has been. What he has done with MormonDiscussions is really impressive. It comes from his intelligence mixed with caring about those who are disillusioned with the LDS Church and suffering in that transition.

Enjoyable. You should be a regular. Although, as a former missionary to Japan, I'm gonna have to come down on RFM's "side" 8-)

Nibley:

Obviously a smart guy, but the couple of books of his I bought in the early 80s when I was still a TBM (Book of Abraham stuff), I thought it was intelligently and entertainingly written bullsh*t.

Had Dr. Nibley applied his considerable skills to Wind in the Willows, he could have found many Sumerian, Etruscan, and Egyptian parallels to Mr. Toad at Toad Hall and his helpful companions. He might also have inspired a young generation at BYU with beliefs based on Mr. Toad's repentant action.

It could even have assuaged Dr. Louis Midgley's pugilistic nature when Badger, Mole, Rat, and Toad recaptured Toad Hall from the weasels, ferrets, and stoats. It was a tale to get young Saintly hearts pumping, and with the detailed academic flourishes that Dr. Nibley would have furnished, its fame could have spread far and wide!
